I love this treadmill, it's small enough to discreetly set it up behind our dining room table, so it doesn't look out of place. As for the operations, it's comes with a small remote for on and off, faster and slower buttons. Less buttons makes this very simple to operate (all you really need is what it's got).

I love it. For the record, I'm 248lbs(pounds). I can walk and run on it just fine. There was a moment where it got slick on one part. It hadn't happened again since. So, i don't know what that was. I have it sitting on carpet(my home gym is carpeted). For the price it's getting the job done.

The treadmill itself is nice. I have no complaints except I wish I would've gotten the one with the bar.. My review is based off of the customer service. I'm still waiting for an email. They promised me 10% back and they promised me 180 days Warranty. And I haven't heard anything. I even told them I don't need any of that if they could send me a bar for a good price and still haven't heard anything.
