Not to shabby!

Seen a lot of complaints on assembly, but if you use some WD-40, it's pretty easy to get on. Works like it should!

It works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item is a perfect addition to any workout. It targets your abs (obviously) while helping you build strength. It's easy to use and you can target the belly and sides with it.
