Awesome for my dog with failing eye sight.

My toy poodle is losing her sight and was having issues with putting her nose too deep into a water dish and sucking it up her nose. Or she would dig in it to make it move or splash out on my floors and drink off floors. It was not pleasant for either of us. At first she wanted to dig in this bowl but after 2 days time with gentle guided commands of not to dig and kinda being right with her and pointing direct where she needed to drink she was able to get the hang of this bowl and it solved all our issues. I'm now actually able to take it off the stand and put on a silicone mat. This has greatly improved both of our qualities of life.
