Economical and comfy wool socks.

I was looking for economical replacements for my well worn daily wear Smartwool socks. I wanted a medium weight wool sock with the padding on the bottom and heel the contouring in the arch area. I tried these and was surprised at how similar they are! I wear a size 9 women's shoes and these socks fit my feet very well. They do keep my feet nice and warm. The only complaint I have is that the upper part of the sock feels a bit snug but that might ease over time. I do have muscular calves from lots of hiking so my experience may not be typical. Overall I really like them. They provide a lot of value for the price and I think I will be wearing them for many years to come.

Soft on the inside, outside has a sturdier feel and look. Colors are as pictured. Wear a size 9 and these fit at the heel and toes, not sloppily, Happy with product.
