These cowboy hats were exactly what we needed at the price point we wanted ($10 each) for a Western themed party! We got both the Black and White colored hats. Wearing the hat is fairly comfortable. My head is smaller than my husband's so my hat fits me loosely, while his fits just right. His head's circumference is the same as was advertised on the item. The hat is fairly rigid and didn't arrive with any spots or discolorations. It's soft to the touch, almost a felt-like material (the tag says 35% Polyester 65% Cotton). The belt isn't attached to the hat so you can move it around freely, but it's not so loose that it moves when wearing the hat. Surprisingly, the buckle seems to be metal not plastic! They arrived without being bent out of shape and had a plastic insert inside to help them maintain their shape in transit. They also arrived fast (within a week or so). Overall, very pleased with the purchase!
