Top quality AM/FM/LW/SW/SSB portable radio

The Tecsun PL-990 is one of the top of the line portable AM/FM/LW/SW radios with SSB available world wide. The SSB is done in 10 Hz steps which not all modest price portables can equal. I spent a lot of research on Youtube and other sources to decide on which radio to buy before making my decision to purchase the Tecsun. Even though the radio is not inexpensive, the price is actually quite good considering the technology that goes in to the design. One of my main reasons for buying the radio was that the audio quality was better than most portables and I use it a lot for listening to FM radio as well as other bands.
