good for what i needed

went together pretty easy, some of the fasteners overlapped in the package so i thought i was short. everything seems functional, i'm only 150lbs and this is much sturdier than the bench it is replacing. unscrewing the armrest and removing a few lockpins folds it up. the leg extension works with smaller disks which is plenty for me the only downside is you can't do leg curls, and no bar rack. fair trade for the price, only saw one that was much less compactable though. it comes with one resistance band pair

Home weight bench

Great bench. Excellent for a small home gym. Assembly was quick and easy, the only tool you need is furnished. The size may be a bit small for some users so keep that in mind when ordering.
