This by far is the best wrap w icepacks. Great deal for the price. It also includes an extra strap to extend the belt size to fit any part of your body and for fuller figured persons . I later realized I didn't need the extra strap but was nice to o have just in case I've had it for almost over a week, I've used it on my upper back, lower and mid, also my hip and ankle. Very versatile. I bought a different 3 pack of ice packs so I'm set for being able to rotate them out of the freezer so I'm never without having one when I need it. Oh btw the icepacks can be hotpacks after microwave

Just what I Needed!

The gel packs freeze solid and have stayed frozen during my entire 20-minute applications. I have not tried them with heat. The packs are the exact shape and size to fit the belt pocket. The pocket sleeve completely covers the gel pack when in use. I especially appreciate the large surface that adequately covers the area I need to treat. Belt is easy to put on. It stays in place when I walk around. The Velcro strap and included extender make it possible to fit almost anyone.
