I really like this support because it helps pull your shoulders back better because it goes down your back and you tighten around your waist. It is much less uncomfortable than the ones that only go around your shoulders, and the middle of your upper back. It also has support strips that run vertically down between your shoulder blades. I highly recommend this one over the others that don't wrap around just under your breasts. For me, it doesn't get in the way of my bra or cause a roll of skin in between. I recommend it and would purchase it again if necessary.
