Trying to wean myself off of regular sunglasses so I switched to these and I luv them..This is my 2nd pair and one is for cycling...I learned that your eyes need sunlight and especially in the morning...Just don't stare at the sun and wear a cap with a visor to block the rays if need be...I luv the fact that the lenses change color based on sunlight and after a while your eyes change to where you don't want regular sunglasses...
