taste like Gatorade glacier frost as the flavor claims . works seemingly fast in recovery of heat stress. I had heat stroke twice and know how close I was when I used this. I mixed 1 packet.into cold bottle.of water and drank slowly. After 2 to 5 minutes I began to feel energy coming back, weary gone and breathing better. I highly recommend this and suggest maybe coming up with Glacier Cherry flavor maybe called Cherry Glacier or something like that .

Amazing, worth buying!

I've tried dozens of other electrolyte drink brands, from powder to bottled. By far, TruLabs has been the only brand that can quench my thirst and make me feel alive again on one packet of it. Only one packet is required and gives you all that you need. Gatorade never does it, LiquidIV is decent, not fulfilling enough though. For the price, each box comes with a good amount of packets that aren't just full of air, but full of hydrating, tasty powder. :) Definitely recommend.
