Customer service

I purchased this cooler to replace an older cooler of a different brand. I really like the adjustable handle ,it's not too heavy and it works as described. What I really want to comment on is the customer service with RTIC. The 1st cooler I bought leaked at the drain. I contacted them and they quickly responded requesting a description and pictures of the problem. I did that and again they quickly responded saying they were shipping me new drain plugs and they should arrive in 3-5 business days. Well, they didn't and when I contacted them again they said the new plug got lost and they would send me a new cooler. They emailed me instructions and a shipping label on how to return the defective one. I got a response from them within an hour every single time that I contacted them and in my opinion that's quality customer service!
