it actually does what it says it does. it's pretty cool but the only thing which I found out it's not just this watch. it's for almost all watches that if you have tattoos on your wrist or on your arms or anything and you try putting it on where you put regular watches at it won't read your heart rate cuz it's like looking through a tinted window. that's where it was described to me as so if you got tattoos it's not going to work very well. I put mine on the top of my hand. it works. trust me very well

Awesome smart watch

This watch was more than I was expecting It has many functions and the sleep like my old smart watch it would only track from the time you set it at and would stop after 8 hours. This the sleep you don’t have to set and tracks accurate. The bpm is accurate oxygen is accurate. I checked all I could for accuracy. The only thing that isn’t and is only meant to be is used as a baseline is the blood pressure. The rest is accurate. Even an Apple Watch can’t do blood pressure accurately. For the cost of this watch is more than worth the money it doesn’t feel cheap neither
