We love this set perfect for our small backyard

Took 3 men to put together about 5-6 hours total mainly to make sure they were using the right pieces the right way if they had better tools probably would've been faster I took a risk with some bad reviews but everything went great my 5 year old son loves it just needs some time and patience.

Great buy!

It was quite the project and some of the screws and bolt quantities were off. But all in all it turned out fine. We were also missing the handles for ladder. I plan to call customer service on Monday to see if they'll will send some out to us.

Pay for it to be assembled by them

Let me just say that we are a very capable couple and have done a lot of home improvement projects. This project took us 10.5 hours to assemble. The instructions are awful. The first two pieces didn't fit together and we had to drill new holes for it. We called customer support and they wouldn't help. Said we had to email them but the email they wanted us to use wasn't even listed. My husband found a video and we used that instead. This is a 2-3 person project. 0/10 for assembly 0/10 for customer support 10/10 for looks 1000/10 for a happy toddler
