1 Pair Carbon Fiber Shoe Inserts for Man Woman Basketball Football Hiking Sports Insole Orthotic Shoe Stiffener Insert

Despite not being available in Size 12 or 13, they work well!! Great price.

The carbon fiber inserts (recommended during my ortho visit) definitely help with the support I needed for my fractured foot and broken pinky toe. I'm going to order again, but will size down by 5 mm in order to make it easier to put in my shoe. Although you get the bonus foam pad insert, the carbon plate also works well under your regular shoe pad (I don't even need one on top when wearing slippers). I also like the fact that the carbon plates are reversible so can be used for the left or right foot.
