This camera was a gift to our 6 year old. It has games and really cute features, games and a mobile viewfinder which makes selfies a breeze. Camera has a nice waterproof case and silicone hand grip cover. We throughly enjoyed this camera for the two months it worked for us. The camera screen was accidentally damaged (I think pressure was applied to the screen which messed it up badly) which prompted me to remove the MicroSD card to salvage the images before attempting to find a way to repair the camera. Much to my disappointment I found there was only 1 image saved and it was black. The camera has a limited internal storage which 30 other images were stored that were unable to be retrieved. Speaking with Contixo, these images cannot be removed and the camera can only charge not dump images via usb. So this camera did not save images to the memory card, saved them instead to the internal memory bank, which could not be accessed-dispute the memory card being inserted. I attempted many ways to retrieve the images, contacted the company, and data retrieval company (at a whopping quote of $400 starting fees), and ultimately at a tech savvy family member try his hand at retrieving the images. My child lost pictures of his cousin, his brothers, myself, and flowers. His 6 so they weren't great pictures, but he was very upset non the less. The camera wasn't worth $400 to have a data company get them, and it's not worth buying again with a glitch in the memory bank like so (not saving to the card and saving internally where they can not be retrieved). The screen was damaged so I was unable to find a way to move the files from the internal memory onto the card via options within the camera-and seeing as how the camera wasn't able to be recognized via usb on the computer I was out of options. Cute camera. Bad options on photo storage.
