We looked at other brands and same design it wasn't the cheapest on here but the fastest delivery. Assembly was a challenge specially with a standard 8' ceiling. The top level I had to assemble most of it on the floor and lift it up. Would be close to impossible to tighten the top screws while on top level is assembled. It is pretty sturdy once put together and won't be worried about kids breaking it.

Customer support is so terrible. Putting it together took 30 hours. My kids can unscrew it because it barely stays together. The stairs don't stay closed, the trundle doesn't stay in, and the whole thing is wobbly still. Some of the boards came warped already. Half the holes I had to dig out myself. Don't bother looking for the right letters or numbers, everything is labeled differently than it says in the instruction book. I wish I could return it and get my money back.
