I bought this printer years ago and have not used it because I messed up the ink cartridge unwrapping it. I don't like the way the cartridges are wrapped. Makes it too easy to damage one. This printer has many troubling ways to screw it up. Get a different printer than a HP Deskjet plus 4122. Too many ways to jam or not work. Once ink cartridges are installed they work great.
