There was no asembly. Two chairs came in a big box wrapped very well to protect the wood and leather. They arrived in just a few days. Very sturdy and well made. I had 2 counter stools from a different source that I paid $350 each. THe leather did not match, but it works, and for a great price.

Great buy for a quality chair

Loved these chairs. They looked high-end, were wide, stable, and comfortable. I ultimately returned them only because the wood on the chairs didn't match the wood on my dining table (or anything else in the room). I especially loved that they came put together and beautifully packaged/protected.
