A reliable and consistent coffee experience

A consistent and dependable coffee experience but without the finesse of a great deal of personalisation. I usually now let the machine extract the coffee from the capsule but manually control the milk to deliver the kind of flat white I prefer. The fully automated setting just does not have the right ratio for my taste and there is little to no adjustment possible with this machine.

Hard to get operating correctly

I bought this machine apprtox 4 months ago after having the standard Vertuuo machine and am finding it somewhat difficult to get right does not do program as easy as other nespresso machines that i have had. Will perceiver and hopefully have a gopd machine

HORRIBLE

THIS MACHINE DOES NOT WORK C.CONSISTENTLY.

This machine is terrible! I have had to use 2-4 coffee capsules to get it to make a cappuccino. Sometimes it won't work at all! Frequently every time I turn it on it will only brew a large espresso. it won't accept the latte or cappuccino option. so I end up with mnothing or black coffee and have to warm the milk in a separate accessory and add sepately. I have wasted over 10 coffee capsules. is this a scene to sell more capsules. I have to buy another machine so I can have coffee in the morning as usual.
