I really like this vacuum. It came packed nicely and compact. It was easy for me to carry in the house. Upon getting it out the box, I saw it had all the attachments. It was very easy to assemble. It can be used on the floor or upholstery. Very easy to convert from long to short. It has great power. It really sucks up the trash. I also liked the way it easily maneuvered around the floor; easily rolled around and turned corners. The vacuum also was lightweight. It was easy to lift and move around. It holds a good charge. I was able to vacuum 3 rooms on one charge and did not have a low battery when finished. It was also easy to empty. I am very pleased with this item.
