Love this set! It serves the purpose beautifully and is exactly as described in the product details. Specifically, we needed more seating at the kitchen table, in our 3-bedroom apartment, so we could all eat as a family. I bought two sets to make one long table. It fits just right. That the seats and benches slide under the table helps, as does the extra storage space underneath. At 6'2" tall, my knees bump into the shelves underneath the table, so I have to cross my legs a little bit, but not uncomfortably so. If it were uncomfortable, I would simply remove the shelf from underneath one tables. It took a while to assemble, but it is fairly simple with easy-to-follow instructions. Also, this is pretty lightweight and solid at the same time. It is GREAT for an apartment or a compact space. It is also quite attractive, in my opinion. I believe this is a great value and I expect this to last for many years. It fits my needs perfectly.
