I was skeptical at first because it's plastic, but it shredded up an entire chicken breast in literally seconds. It keeps your hands clean and actual clean up is so easy with warm water and soap. I would not recommend hot water or dishwasher. 9 out of 10!

I was really surprised how well this item worked. I thought once I started to turn the device to shred the chicken it would slide all over the place and be more of a pain than help. I was wrong. The shredder stayed in place and the chicken shredded easily. It made shedding the chicken so easy.
