This item is great. It took a few tries to completely understand how to line up the bags so it would vacuum seal completely. The bag has to be inside the small black clips on the inside. That allows the small round vacuum devices to suck the air out. If it is not inside the little clippy thing it does not seal properly. This will allow to purchase and freeze items when things are in season and on sale. Super excited about this purchase.

whatever size bags come with it. you only get 20 so by the same size I bought a smaller size and they're too small. the bags that come with this machine or just right I would say. the machine works well. great value for your money if it's your first one. if I drop this one or it breaks I'll definitely upgrade but I would say with the same brand
