I was pleasantly surprised that the fabric was a good thickness for cover, and the length was long enough to say in my booties, with a little extra for shrinage. Wider waist elastic would be a little more comfortable, but that's my only suggestion for improvement. I bought 3 and each one fit. Now that IS amazing.
