The limited warranty can also be found in the documentation provided with the product. We warrant that during the warranty period, this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We limit the duration and remedies of all implied warranties including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose for the duration of this express limited warranty. I thought it was busted because it wouldn't turn on after charging, but there is a switch on the back of the watch to turn it on. It also mentions there's a switch in the manual but I didn't look at the manual until after. I bought this for my 9yr old son while he was away at a Boy Scouts camping trip. He loved it. He and his friends took tons of pictures and videos.
