I was looking for a pre-workout with good flavor, good energy, and that was not super expensive, I found it. Like the title says, I feel like I am a kid again when I start drinking this. I add 8-10 ounces of water with a scoop of C4 Hawiian Punch and some ice into a shaker, and it goes down smooth. I am not sure I will change brands or flavors now. 10/10 would recommend.

I'm 59 don't drink coffee or tea. I put 1 teaspoon of this in my protein shake with equates metumucil and drink at 10 or 11 and it helps not snack and powers me thru my work day feeling full and energized.
