Perfect Bread Every Time

I buy the Rhodes frozen bread loaves and bake in this Pullman pan. I own another pan and bake two loaves at a time. My secret to the sml bread loaves looking professional is to apply an egg wash on the top of the risen loaves before baking. When baking is finished I turn immediately turn the loaves out onto a cooling rack. The Pullman pan never fails and my bread slides out easily and clean every time.

Love this pan

I bake a lot of bread and this pan is perfect. it has ventilation holes in the bottom that help with steam, when they say it's non stick it actually is. it's super easy to clean. it's the perfect size and creates the perfect shape bread. I even used it for sourdough recently, instead of using a banneton I used this to do my cold fermentation process in and then baked it. it came out perfectly and Because of the Design I didn't even need to spray the top with water, add ice, or a pan of water in the oven or anything! it's absolutely worth buying

Amazing non stick bread pan

Disclaimer - I was mine by hand as I have read other reviews of it rusting in the corners. I baby mine so I have no issues. It makes a gorgeous perfectly square loaf of bread using around 400 grams of flour. I've made sourdough loaves and regular loves, everything comes out beautiful. Most of the time I just wipe it clean instead of using detergent. Just spray it lightly with oil and the bread falls right out, doesn't even stick to the lid.
