made the way carhardt used to be made a long time ago when you could go out in a blizzard at 6 am shovel roofs all day long because we had to,i know the media will tell you you can die in a few seconds.stay dry and warm all day,there no new great material that will ever be as good as wool,i dont se sheep wearing spandex and polyester.plastic cant breath and i dont want to hear it absorbs sweat and wicks it away Where is away?they dont work im cold the minute i step outside and im am grateful for this coat and if you want a warm comfortable coat waterproof with pockets that actually hold things other then a phone you need this coat and i highly recommend the bibs pants rock rooster boots and socks as well the hood is warm covers neck and head very well and lays flat when not in use.movement is not restraining.jyst a great coat
