    This head wrap is exactly what I needed when I had my wisdom tooth surgery. I was able to freeze the ice packs the first couple of days and then warm them in the microwave afterwards.

    These were great ice packs or you can heat them up in the microwave. I didn't try the part that goes on your head to hold them in place. If you have a wisdom tooth taken out they're Great.
