Feels cheap, didn't fit

I ordered this for my husband's phone. I double and triple checked to make sure it was the right model. When it came, I immediately grabbed it so he could get his phone protected. It took 5 minutes to open the thing up to get his phone into it. The screen protector is a flimsy piece of plastic. The case is also an awful plastic with no give. You can barely get ahold of it to take the front piece off. I was afraid I was going to break it trying to get it open. We finally got it open and put his phone in, only to discover the hole for the volume control buttons is down lower on the case than the actual buttons are, which means he wouldn't be able to turn his volume up. The case fit into the belt clip about as easily as the case opened: after a few minutes fight, hoping you don't break something, it will come out. By then, you will have most likely missed your call. I will be returning this.
