Runs Small. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ORDER A LARGE ENOUGH SIZE. These shirts are much more 'Fitted' than men's boxy t-shirts. Since you will most likely experience some swelling following surgery, and since 'comfort' will most likely be a priority, you may want to order a larger size. Even though these shirts are preshrunk, they may shrink more in a hot dryer.
