The material is EXCELLENT, it keeps the water at the same temperature that you have put on for 8 hours, the size is perfect to stay hydrated while training, it does not change the flavor of what you put on it and it is super easy to wash. I do not recommend that they put it in the dishwasher but it is easy to wash so it is not necessary.
