Reliable unit

It cools really well. This is tge exact same ac that I previously had. It runs a lot during the summer and I had the older one 4 or 5 years. It was very easy to install and is a very quiet unit. I would not buy another brand as the last one worked for a long time for me.

Some dents, but overall happy

Upon arrival the unit had some dents in the frame/grate. It was more of an aesthetic issue because it still worked well, and we didn't want to go through the process of returning it since it is so heavy. Overall though it kept our entire bottom floor (living room, kitchen, and sunroom) very cool in the summer heat. It was relatively quiet and we enjoyed the variety of cooking features/settings.
