Lifetime Hooligan 8 ft Youth Stand-Up Paddle Board with Paddle, Lime Green (90699)

I bought three Lifetime paddle boards from a neighbor who was moving away from our lakeside neighborhood. Unfortunately they were missing the little captive drain plugs and had quite a bit of water in them. I called Lifetime customer service and after a short chat, the agent took my info and is sending out three replacement plugs. The paddle boards have been well used and enjoyed by our neighbors children and their friends and we wanted them for our grandchildren to enjoy when they are here. I don't know if these boards are in warranty; the stickers with identifying numbers had long ago been rubbed off by use, sun, and sand. My professional and academic background is in building customer loyalty through excellent service and support. The service and interaction was beyond what I expected, and can be hard to find. Well done to Lifetime!!

I got this board a week ago and was excited to hit the water. I'm not familiar with paddle boards and it was only after I got it home I realized the board was missing the retractable fin. I contacted the company and was going to purchase the item because I felt it was my own fault, as I should of noticed. Customer service sent me a new one under warranty and it fit perfectly. And I still time in the season to take the board out too!
