it was a great product. it arrived with a spider crack from the bottom to the top so I'm not sure if it was the carrier. you could see where the box had been creased from. the bands put around it so unfortunately had to send it back and can't exchange it with the third party

I have been always royal to Sony. I bought this TV when it was time to replace our 18 year old Sony TV. This TV exceeds my expectation in all features and I would highly recommend it.
