  • Q&A Section

Q1: How does the backrest adjustment work?
A: The backrest has 3 preset locking positions – 110°, 140° , and 180° . Just lean back and push gently until you hear a click, or lift the backrest slightly to release and change angles.

Q2: Can the cover be removed for washing?
A: Absolutely. The outer cover has a zipper and can be removed easily. We recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and air drying to maintain the fabric’s quality.

Q3: Will this scratch my hardwood or tile floors?
A: No. The chair has soft plastic foot caps at the base, plus 4 small wheels that are smooth and floor-safe. You can slide it around without worrying about scratches.

Q4: What is the maximum weight capacity?
A: The steel frame is tested to support up to 400 lbs (pounds) evenly distributed.

Q5: How much floor space do I need when fully laid flat?
A: When in the 180° flat position, the total length is approximately 68.31 inches (about 5.7 feet). Width is 33.1 inches, so it fits comfortably in most living rooms or bedrooms.

Q6: Is it suitable for children or only adults?
A: It's great for both! Teens and adults will find it comfortable, and the sturdy frame makes it safe for older children (supervision recommended for younger kids).

Q7: Can I use this on a carpeted floor?
A: Yes, it works perfectly on carpet, rugs, hardwood, tile, and laminate. The wheels and feet provide stability on all indoor surfaces.

Q8: How do I fold it back up for storage?
A: Simply lift the backrest to release the lock, fold it flat, then flip the entire chair upright or slide it into a narrow storage space. The whole process takes less than 30 seconds.

    Q9: Is the pillow removable?
A: Yes, the soft pillow is attached with a strap or Velcro (depending on the batch), and it can be removed or repositioned for personalized neck support.

Great chair/ sleeper

Great value and it was delivered earlier than expected! You definitely need some mechanical ability to put it together, but other than that, it's a great buy!
