Horrible shipping. Brown bag shipping container with Zero bubble wrap %26 zero paper of any sort inside around mugs, so their excellent quality since they didn't break. Must've had great transportation employees because the two coffee mugs were inside the bag unprotected and didn't break. Even the shipping bag was not bubble wrap, but plain brown paper.
