misrepresentation of size

Cute pillow but the size is about 12.5""x 12.5"" instead of 16x16. So disappointing. Not sure whether to order the 20x20 with hopes for a 16x16. Hayneedle was unable to help straighten out the size being quoted- asked me to contact a vendor - but they did offer the ability to return for a refund.
