Okay, here is the rundown. If you have an apple phone, you will not be able to use the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/phone viewing setting. If you have an Android phone, you will need to make changes in your settings that turn off the auto pop-up blockers. Once you make these changes in your settings, then you will be able to go into your files and download and install the app manually. If you are not tech-savvy, you will likely find this very challenging. There are 3 devices with three chargers, so assembly is simple or there is essentially no assembly. The camera cannot be rotated via remote, but the camera can be moved up and down manually. The video imaging is not crisp nor sharp and there is a lag in the video. Audio works fine. There is no recording of the footage but you can live record or take images and it is automatically and easily stored to your phone. I like that. I needed a baby monitor with 2 cameras and with a bluetooth/wifi phone viewing setting, and since I was able to figure it out I will be keeping the product.

Sturdy monitor

These cameras are excellent—very useful and easy to install. Since they are lightweight, there is no risk of them falling. The monitor is sturdy, which I really appreciate because I move it around frequently and sometimes drop it. Other monitors tend to break easily, but this one is very durable. It has fallen a couple of times, and everything still works perfectly. The sound and video quality are both excellent, and I like that it allows you to view both cameras simultaneously.
