Absolutely wouldn't recommend

It was really easy to copy each piece over to fabric, but the pieces didn't all align correctly, the piece for the top center of the head was lopsided, and the instructions were incomplete so you had to compare to the pictures online- most of which are not the same bear as the pattern, or each other. Even though I purchased the 18 inch pattern, the only part that's even close to 18 inches is from foot to foot, and it's still only 13 inches. Even if you fill it lightly with stuffing, the front and back pieces are too close to the same size for it to sit up. The butt is not big enough and the arms and legs stick straight out to each side. It's not a great pattern for a bear, but it's downright terrible for a memory bear, since it can't sit upright.
