I like this item very much, works well, only had a short period of time, hope it lasts a long time. Only issue I had was prior to purchase and trying to obtain information on this product and others that were similar. I got this because even just a regular stand wasn't enough to cool my laptop, this has not only cooled my laptop but added a not insignificant amount of performance back into my games. The only thing is the "dual USB ports" isn't a true dual usb ports, since one of them will always be used to power the fans. Otherwise a great product that works as intended
