The Hiking Pants You Want

These pants are great and useful for more than hiking. They are perfectly comfortable and fit well. (I am 5'4” and 130 lbs , size 6) The adjustable ankle cord puts them at the right length. I live in the SE where the heat and humidity are oppressive and this fabric is just what I need. I bought my husband the same brand and color (gray) and he's pleased as well. The gray color is slightly different in his which was a relief- don't want to be too matchy.

Flattering hiking pants

The pants fit perfectly, are very flattering and have a pocket that will accommodate my 14 Pro IPhone. The other pockets are fairly small, would accommodate a couple of ID's and maybe a map. I would call the fabric a summer hiking weight. There is a drawstring at the bottom of each leg, and a snap, to convert them to Capri length. I did not experience the swishing sound that some have noted when walking in them. I have not washed them, so I don't know how they will come out. For reference, I am 5'5” and 142 lbs evenly distributed. The size 10 was perfect. Neither loose nor tight.
