The product is as described.

Overall, I am pleased with the swing and the service I received, even if there were a few issues when it first came. The firm went out of their way to fix everything. It seems that the location you are fastening the chains to my roof is slanted, which gives the impression that they are unequal. Please modify appropriately.

Excellent value for the price; a few adjustments would improve it even more.

It is recommended that the provided chain be lengthened. The customer ends up spending more time and money on top of what they would have spent on the purchase because of the extra slack required for the shorter connections. In the end, we also purchased larger pillows to ensure a perfect fit for the whole back. The product is of high quality; it simply needs a few adjustments to be flawless.

Buy an additional chain.

Added 20 inches of chain on each side was necessary. I didn't understand why one of the supplied chains was hanging unevenly until I realized it was because one link was longer than the other. Everything was OK once I fixed it. Fits well and seems nice
