Great tasting roast beef. I prefer the medium rare but its your choice. This is my favorite kind of deli meat to make a sandwich. I also buy the black forest ham and mix the 2 together with swiss cheese and kosher pickle sandwich slices with mayo %26 mustard. I buy onion rolls to use for this sandwich. Its the best!!

this meat was a little more fatty than i like for sandwiches. it was also. very Rare. Used it in a different meal where i cooked it on the grill top with onions, cheese and peppers. french dip was out for this.
