Great Value Fresh Seal Square Snack Bags, 100 Count

There are so many ways to use these bags. They work very well for the usual snacks for lunches for my sons, like fresh veggies, chips or cookies. I live in a rural area so sometimes have to drive an hour or more for shopping or healthcare needs. I usually bring nuts or dried fruit in these bags so that if I get hungry, I have a healthier go to than something at the gas station, or fast food if I don't want to sit in a restaurant. They are the perfect size for this need. They stay closed and open easily. I use most of these bags though for a unique purpose. Bulk foods are my preference, I can save a lot of money buying them, portioning them into snack bags, then putting them in a freezer bag where they keep for six months or longer. Double bagging seems to be the key. At one time I had a 'seal a meal' system that was quite expensive to use and the packages didn't work for on the go snacks. These snack bags save me money and are so much more convenient. I just grab a snack bag of nuts or fruit out of the freezer bag and head out in my car. By the time I want the snack they are thawed and ready to eat. The portions are perfect.

Impressed with the quality
