It's hard to find an under eye concealer that actually covers those dark circles. yes, I have HORRIBLE bags. Almost like I have a black eye but, this concealer ALWAYS covers and stays all day and only having to apply one layer! I ranked color at 3 ONLY because the color I use is saught after enough, the Walmart near me is always out of stock! I would highly recommend this budget friendly concealer to anyone!
