If you do any kind of Kicking, Punching %26 Running. These are a perfect choice for you. What I love about them is that when you bend on 1 knee. That is when you see the quality in Design. It flexes in a way that's not uncomfortable. Vs how normal work out shorts will limit you when you squat on 1 Knee. Now if you run it's important to note the ZIPPER. which is great for a home key. Pricey for work out shorts but WORTH it. And I'm stingy with work out clothes since I put em through heck. Worth the buy for sure
