These cookies saved my milk supply!!

I am a working mom and my supply dipped so badly that I worried I wouldn't be able to go to work, because I couldn't make enough milk to save in the fridge! After 12ish hours, I was up to 4 oz every session, versus 2.5, and after a week, I'm pumping 5-8 oz every 2.5 - 3 hours. Middle of the night I can pump between 8-13 oz. I eat my 7 cookies all at once, drink tons of water, drink one body armor a day, and pump every 2.5-3 hours. Don't skip middle of the night pumps! These cookies saved my supply!
