Love it! I then purchased a 30 lb for my wife and a 70 lb for myself. I used Lifeline resistance bands following right shoulder surgery 10 years ago, left shoulder replacement 3 years ago and just recently replaced bands after somewhat continual use over a 10 year period - simply the best!!!

What sets this resistance tube from the others is their design in which the tube inserts thru the handle - unlike other brands where they sew a canvas tab onto the tube ends leaving sharp corners on the tab that will scrape & scratch your bicep/tricep on certain movements like the single arm punch, once your hand passes your arm the corners of the canvas tab on a brand called Fitness Gear - your arm will sustain multiple cuts. This one doesn't do that.
